Freedom of speech is a key part of democratic countries. It means people can share their thoughts and ideas without anyone stopping them. This right helps people talk freely, share information, and criticize, which are all important for a healthy democracy. Although it isn't completely without limits — it can be restricted to keep society safe or protect others’ rights — it is still a very important principle for personal freedom and progress in society. Freedom of speech is important because it helps people talk openly about issues and make sure those in charge are responsible. It lets people share their views, even if they are not popular or disagree with the government. This helps make sure different opinions are heard and thought about. This is important for good governance, as it helps find problems, come up with solutions, and question policies that aren't helpful for everyone.

The Indian Constitution guarantees educational freedom, which lets everyone learn and teach without any unfair limits. It connects to Article 19(1)(a), protecting free speech, and Article 21A, ensuring schooling for kid's aged 6-14, Article 30 also helps, letting minorities create and run their own schools. This right lets people pick their learning style - be it formal, informal, job-focused, or religious. Schools can create their own lesson plans, following their State rules. The government can't favour or discriminate based on religion, caste, language, or community when providing support. But this freedom has boundaries, The government can set rules for education to keep standards high, maintain order, and promote fairness. For instance, it can require certain curriculum, teacher qualification, and building standards to protect the country's interests and fairness. So, educational freedom balances personal choice with what's good for society. It helps both individual and the nation grow by making sure everyone has access to good, quality learning.

The Right to Equality is a basic principle that makes sure all citizens are treated the same by the law. It stops people from being treated unfairly because of their religion, race, caste, gender, or where they were born. This right includes two main ideas: ‘equality before the law’ and ‘equal protection of the law.’ It means everyone must follow the same laws, and no one is above the law. This right also ensures everyone has equal access to public places and job opportunities. It also ends unfair practices like untouchability and the use of special titles.

As we celebrate the 79th Independence Day, we must not forget about the fundamental rights of our citizens. Freedom is not only about the absence of oppression on the nation; it is about ensuring dignity and justice for every individual. According to the constitution of India, rights against exploitation is a fundamental right under article 23 and 24 to preserve the human rights against forced labor, child, organ, human or animal trafficking or any other exploitary act against humanity. These articles of Indian constitution exercises to provide protection to every individual and maintain social balance in our country. More over it is our duty to make sure that any individual must not fall prey to any kind of dehumanizer act, if we see so we must acknowledge it to the government in order to restore humanity.
